Flexibility and availability to work multiple shifts.Exhibit leadership skills with the ability to lead a team by exampleHigh level of customer service skillsStrong attention to detail and excellent communication skillsAbility to follow directives as per care planExcellent record keeping skills with experience using Autumn Care (or similar)
