About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head Baker to lead our small bakery team, take ownership of daily production and maintain the quality and consistency at the heart of what we do.

This is a genuinely hands-on leadership role. You will work alongside your team throughout production while coordinating workflow, supporting and developing our bakers, and ensuring every product leaving the bakery meets our standards.

You will also be trained in our unique proprietary gluten-free sourdough method, giving you the opportunity to bring your existing baking and sourdough expertise into a specialised artisan setting.

Key responsibilities
Lead, organise and support the bakery team
Coordinate daily production schedules and workflow
Work hands-on in production while maintaining quality and presentation
Manage production quantities, stock levels and ordering
Train and develop team members while continuously improving bakery processes

About you
A Certificate in Baking, trade qualification or equivalent recognised bakery qualification
Experience as a Head Baker, Senior Baker, Bakery Supervisor or similar




A sound understanding of sourdough baking processes
The ability to organise production and confidently lead a small team
Robust standards across quality, consistency, food safety and presentation
