You will be skilled in tandoor work, spice blending and slow-cooked curries, with at least 1 year of commercial cookery experience. Certificate II or III qualifies you to apply, and you will work in office at Westfield Kotara. The role requires reliability, ability to work under pressure and solid teamwork with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
