AA&P; Events & PR is growing, and we're looking for an experienced communications and engagement skilled to take a senior role in our Darwin team.

The role /n

This is a senior position for someone who can lead from day one. You'll take ownership of client accounts, shape strategy and deliver high-profile PR and engagement programs for government, industry and community clients. You'll be a trusted adviser to our clients and a key part of how AA&P; grows.

What you'll lead /n

/n
PR and communications strategy for major clients and projects

/n
Stakeholder and community engagement programs, from design through to reporting

/n
Media relations, issues management and key messaging

/n
Client relationships at senior and executive level

/n
Guidance and mentoring for our consultant team

/n

What you'll bring /n

/n
Significant experience in PR, strategic communications or stakeholder engagement

/n




Sound judgement on sensitive, political and reputational issues

/n
Exceptional writing and the ability to brief a minister, board or community with equal confidence

/n
A track record of leading projects and managing clients independently

/n
IAP2 accreditation or equivalent engagement experience is highly regarded

/n
Robust understanding of the Territory, its people and the way business gets done here

/n
