Tonies ANZ seeks an experienced operations leader to own domestic operations, build Direct to Retail relationships, and ensure reliable ERP-driven processes. This hands-on role combines systems work with negotiation and supplier management in a lean startup workplace.

You will coordinate with Demand Planning, Sales, Finance and Customer Service to keep stock, orders and invoicing running smoothly, including ERP integrations and 3PL partnerships.
