We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll Support Consultant to provide ongoing application support across ECP.

This is a support-focused role, working across BAU issues, troubleshooting, configuration changes and minor enhancements. You will help ensure the platforms remain secure, effective and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide BAU support across SAP Success Factors ECP module
Troubleshoot and resolve system and user issues.
Perform configuration changes and minor enhancements.
Investigate incidents and identify root causes.
Work with business users to understand and resolve issues.




Manage support requests through to resolution.
Maintain explicit documentation of issues, solutions and system changes.
Support testing and deployment of approved changes.
Provide guidance and knowledge to business users where required.

Skills Required:
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Success Factors ECP.
Proven experience in SAP Success Factors application/support environments.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with configuration and system enhancements.
Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and end users.
Solid communication and documentation skills.
Available to start at short notice.
