What You'll Be Doing
Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email and digital channels
Build trusted relationships and become the first point of contact for our customers
Resolve customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
Coordinate bookings and work closely with our Sales and Operations teams
Identify customer needs and recommend additional services that add value
Achieve internal sales targets through consultative conversations and earn commission

What We're Looking For
Loves helping customers and building relationships
Has excellent communication and problem solving skills
Thrives in a quick paced setting
Is organised, adaptable and enjoys multitasking




Is motivated by achieving goals and being rewarded for success
Has experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, contact centres or sales preferred but overall attitude is everything!
