Job Description

Kanwal Wadalba Family Practice – Wadalba NSW /n

We are seeking a casual receptionist for a rotating roster indluding Weekdays & Weekends.

/n

Shifts would include 8.30am
5.30pm, 10.00am
2.00pm or 12
close (as late as 9pm) as well as Sundays 10
close if required.

/n

/n
12 months experience in a similar role preferred

/n
Effective in handling incoming calls, coordinating appointments, and managing messages

/n
Experience in reception and administrative tasks, including scanning, digital filing, and managing electronic communications

/n
As this practice is extremely busy, we require someone who works well under pressure

/n
Experience with Medical Director and Pracsoft advantageous but not essential

/n
Reliable and flexibilty to change shifts, cover sick days as required
