Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively.

Implement best practices and tools for project management and tracking within the decentralized exchange landscape.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in project management within the blockchain or decentralized finance (DeFi) industry.

Robust understanding of the Solana ecosystem and decentralized exchanges.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Robust communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.

Project Management Skilled (PMP) certification is a plus.
