TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: /n

Manage high volume incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner

/n

Provide technical support via phone and email to ensure optimum service to our customers

/n

Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner

/n

Maintain accurate customer records

/n

Other duties, responsibilities and projects may be assigned as required

If you have INDUSTRIAL manufacturing / fabrication background this will be regarded highly ADVANTAGES: /n

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: /n





Previous customer service experience mandatory - Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships

/n

Previous experience in sales support highly advantageous

/n

Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office - Word and Excel

/n

Proven ability to multi-task in a busy workplace

/n

Experience working with technical products is highly desired but NOT essential
