We're a supportive, growing bulk-billing general practice in South Toowoomba, offering a positive team culture and genuine chance to build your skills in chronic disease management and general practice nursing. Open to both Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses.

Key responsibilities /n

/n
Chronic disease management — health assessments, care plans, and ongoing patient coordination (RNs may lead independently; ENs supported under RN/GP direction)

/n
Immunisations and vaccine administration

/n
Treatment room duties — wound care, ECGs, dressings, and related procedures

/n
Supporting GPs with patient care and clinical workflow

/n

About you /n

/n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse

/n
Current CPR certificate

/n




Confident working in a busy general practice setting

/n
Strong communication skills with patients and the broader clinical team

/n
Reliable and punctual, with a genuine commitment to rostered days

/n
General practice or primary care experience highly regarded, but not essential — training provided
