CSIRO's Innovation Programs seeks a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager to lead a national, cross-location team. You will develop and implement a portfolio-wide MEL framework, define indicators, and partner on RUIC and CSIRO SME Strategy evaluation and reporting.
You will manage a small team of MEL advisors, drive evidence-based decision making, and support continuous improvement across the portfolio while engaging with diverse stakeholders and senior leadership.
