An opportunity has become available for an experienced Finance Officer to join a well-established organisation within the wholesale/distribution sector.
This hands-on role offers a broad mix of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, reconciliations and stakeholder engagement responsibilities within a collaborative finance team.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end Accounts Receivable including invoicing, collections and account maintenance
Management of outstanding debtors and credit applications
Accounts Payable processing and supplier payment runs
Credit card and employee expense reconciliation
Multi-currency transaction processing
Customer and supplier account reconciliations
Balance sheet, debtor and creditor reconciliations
Maintaining master data accuracy across customer and supplier records
Liaising with customers and suppliers to resolve account queries
Supporting month-end finance activities and reporting requirements
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience in both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills




High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ERP systems (SAP and /NetSuite, highly regarded)
Exposure to multi-currency transactions will be advantageous
