About the Role:
As Accounts Receivable Officer, you'll report directly to the Credit Manager and play a key role in supporting the accounts receivable function.
This role offers on-the-job training to ensure your success, with genuine opportunities for progression and development within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable transactions




Managing credit limits and stop supply processes
Identifying and entering EFT's, deposits, and credit card payments
Assisting with credit application reviews to help minimise credit risk
Ensuring compliance with credit policies and procedures
Performing daily banking and general administrative duties
What We're Looking For:
Experience and understanding of accounts receivable functions
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
Confident communicator with solid written and verbal skills
A proactive, hands-on approach and a willingness to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Desirable:
Experience in the construction or a manufacturing industry will be highly regarded.
