Your new role
Working as the client's representative, you will oversee projects from early planning and design phases through to construction delivery and completion.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing projects through all stages of the project life cycle
Coordinating consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
Monitoring budgets, programmes and project risks
Managing procurement and contract administration processes
Providing regular project reporting to clients




Facilitating project meetings and driving project outcomes
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will bring a proactive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering successful projects.
Experience in project management, development management, contract administration or construction management
A background within the construction, property or consultancy sectors
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
A collaborative and team-oriented approach
The confidence to take initiative and work autonomously
