Your new role
This is more thana traditional reception position.
As the face of the business, you'll play akey role in creating a seamless experience for clients, visitors and internalstakeholders alike.
Yourresponsibilities will include:
Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Managing a polished front-of-house environment
Coordinating meeting rooms and preparing spaces for client appointments
Handling incoming calls, emails and deliveries
Providing administrative support across the wider team
Assisting with office coordination and day-to-day operations
Ensuring every client interaction reflects a high standard of service and professionalism
What you'll need to succeed
To be successfulin this role, you will bring:
Previous reception,



front-of-house or customer service experience
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands
A proactive and positive attitude
Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Teams
A professional presentation and client-focused mindset
