Our client is a well established and growing property management business servicing a quality portfolio across Adelaide's Eastern suburbs.
With a modern, technology and a strong focus on delivering exceptional service to owners and tenants, the business has ambitious organic growth plans.
The Position
Your responsibilities will include:




Maintaining strong communication with owners and ensuring exceptional service levels
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and portfolio performance
Overseeing escalated maintenance matters
Managing lease renewals and approvals
Providing direction and oversight across the portfolio
Working closely with the Leasing Agent/Maintenance Manager/PM who manages tenant side matters
The Criteria
You will ideally have:
A current SA Property Management Registration
A current driver's licence
Strong experience managing landlord/owner relationships
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
A proactive, solutions focused approach
Strong organisational and communication skills
The ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a team
A genuine interest in technology and contemporary property management systems
