IT Support Officer – Level 2 - Full time role for one of clients in Health Care industryOur client is looking for Level 2 IT support for 3 months duration and can extend by 1-2 months.Start immidiatelyTechnology / Skills Required for level 1:3+ years working as Level 1/2 IT support officer or equivalent client-facing service experience.Demonstrated experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and Windows DesktopNAS and SAN administration experience.Extensive experience with LAN/WAN networking including firewalls, VPN, VLANs and WiFiKnowledge and working experience with Microsoft Azure and other cloud vendorsKnowledge and working experience with Microsoft Exchange ****, Veeam & Manage EngineFortinet router/firewalls, Ubiquiti switches and access pointsCyber security mitigation, security upgrades etcConfiguration Skills experience is a mustAlso desirable, but not essential, is experience in:Sophos & Fortinet FirewallsNetworkingService desk ticketing systemMicrosoft AzureIP TelephonyPRTG Network Monitoring System (NMS)Mobile Device Management (MDM)Certifications in Microsoft, VMware, Fortinet, AWS and other relevant vendors will be highly regarded
