This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Leasing Consultant to join a high-performing agency in Brisbane's sought-after inner eastern suburbs.
Working closely with an experienced Leasing Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to prospective tenants while helping to keep vacancy rates low across a quality residential portfolio.

THE ROLE:
Conduct tenant viewings and open homes
Respond to leasing enquiries and qualify prospective tenants
Process and manage rental applications
Liaise with applicants, tenants and landlords
Provide detailed inspection feedback




Assist with tenant onboarding and lease preparation
Maintain accurate records and CRM updates
Support the Property Management team with leasing activities
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
Previous real estate, leasing or customer service experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Professional presentation and a positive attitude
Comfortable conducting inspections and building rapport with tenants
Working Hours
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
