Job DescriptionOur Personal Care Workers provide assistance to our residents and at home clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.
These include:Assistance with their mobility and communication needs.Assistance with their meals.Engaging in social activities.Assistance with their personal care needs, As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining hygiene and residents' personal care needs such as dressing, grooming, mobility and exercise, light domestic cleaning duties, laundry, feeding, food and drink preparation, accompanying residents on outings / appointments / recreational activities in accordance with Bolton Clarke policies and procedures along with any activities as delegated by the Registered Nurse.About the EmployerBolton Clarke (RSL care RDNS Limited) is Australia's largest independent, not-for-profit providers of residential aged care, retirement living and home care operating nationally and internationally.
