Team Up Now Pty Ltd is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping across three entities (two in Australia and one in the USA).
You will handle accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, BAS, payroll, and month-end close, working directly with the founder to ensure accurate, timely records.You will maintain SOPs and documentation, manage inter-company transactions, and ensure consistency across Xero, Stripe Billing, Airwallex, Gusto, and ClickUp.
