HPS Pharmacies is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Clinical Hospital Pharmacist to join our team at Gold Coast Private Hospital on a permanent part time basis, working four days per week.This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative hospital pharmacy team, providing clinical pharmacy services across a diverse range of specialties while working closely with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals.About the RoleAs a Clinical Hospital Pharmacist, you will play an important role in supporting safe and effective medication management while contributing to positive patient outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Providing clinical pharmacy services to hospital patientsConducting medication reconciliation and medication reviewsParticipating in multidisciplinary ward roundsDelivering evidence-based medication advice to healthcare teamsSupporting medication safety and quality improvement initiativesContributing to education and training activitiesBuilding positive relationships with clinicians and key stakeholdersAbout YouTo be successful in this role,
