The venue also caters for weddings, corporate events, private functions and conferences, providing an exciting platform for further growth.The RoleAs Restaurant Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant while working closely with the owners and leadership team to grow revenue, improve guest experiences and strengthen the venue's position within the Warwick market.
A key focus of the role will be business development, identifying new opportunities across corporate dining, functions, weddings, celebrations and local partnerships.
You will lead the front of house team, maintain exceptional service standards, manage operational performance and build strong relationships with existing and new customers.Your Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Previous experience managing a restaurant, bar, hotel or quality hospitality venueProven ability to lead,
