You'll be trusted to manage your jobs from start to finish while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.Your day-to-day work may include:Arriving on site and assessing the scope of works (whether a small maintenance job or ongoing build)Investigating plumbing issues and diagnosing faultsProblem-solving and identifying practical solutions with the teamPlanning and coordinating rough-in and fit-off worksOrganising and sourcing materials required for jobsCompleting works efficiently while meeting time and budget expectationsCommunicating professionally with clients, builders and other tradesManaging your jobs through our job management software: taking photos, documenting progress and recording job notesPreparing simple sketches and plans when requiredMaintaining a clean, organised and professional worksite and vehicleDelivering quality workmanship that reflects the standards of the SXP brandWe're looking for someone who can think ahead, take ownership of their work, and represent the business professionally on site.Check out our website and socials for a look at what we get up to!
