Both globally and in Australia, Palfinger provides superior technical support, parts availability and after sales service.About the RoleAs an Aftersales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert support and solutions beyond just spare parts enquiries.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person, with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions.Provide accurate information on spare parts availability, pricing, and lead times.Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., service, warehouse, technical)
