Sushi Train Sapporo in Penrith is seeking a dedicated Full time Japanese Chef to join our busy shopping centre restaurant.
The role can suit both Sushi Chef and Japanese Hot Food Chef, with immediate start and a long-term commitment of 1 year or more.You will prepare sushi or hot dishes, assist with menu planning, supervise junior staff, manage stock, and support front-of-house when required.
Salary ranges 78k-86k AUD plus super; ***** hours weekly.
