This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys delivering accurate and timely payroll services.About the RoleReporting to the Payroll Services Manager, you will be responsible for processing payroll across a large and diverse workforce while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing weekly and/or fortnightly payrollsEnsuring payroll accuracy and data integrityInterpreting awards, enterprise agreements,



and payroll legislationManaging payroll queries from employees and stakeholdersPreparing payroll reports and reconciliationsMaintaining employee records and payroll documentationSupporting payroll projects and process improvementsAssisting with compliance requirements, including payroll reporting obligationsAbout You2-5 years' payroll experience within a medium to large organisationStrong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirementsExperience working with awards and enterprise agreementsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to work autonomously and meet deadlinesKRONOS experience is highly desirableExposure to SAP Payroll will be highly regardedWhat's on Offer?
