You set the standard for educational practice, guide your team, build strong relationships with families, and make sure your room is safe, well organised and ready for anything, including Assessment and Rating.What you will doLead the planning, delivery and evaluation of educational programs guided by the Learning for Life Curriculum, the Early Years Learning Framework and children's interestsMonitor and support the quality of observations, documentation and planning across your roomChampion child safety, maintain solid knowledge of child protection and mandatory reporting obligations, and respond appropriately to any concernEnsure room practice complies with the Education and Care Services National Law, the National Regulations, the National Quality Standard and Thrive policiesSupport the Thrive Quality Framework and your centre's Quality Improvement Plan, and keep the room ready for Assessment and RatingCoach and support educators, trainees and students, and help new team members settle inKeep families informed and respond to feedback professionallyMake sure observations,
