Are you a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months emergency experience and looking to advance your emergency nursing skills in a supportive, well-resourced regional hospital?
Grampians Health is seeking motivated RN Grade 2 Emergency Nurses to join our dedicated Emergency Department team in Horsham.
You'll work alongside experienced clinicians in a fast-paced workplace where your clinical judgement, autonomy and teamwork truly matter.

About The Role
Deliver high-quality, patient-centred emergency care across a broad case-mix
Work within a 24/7 rotating roster including weekends and nights
Apply sound clinical assessment and decision-making skills in acute situations
Collaborate within a strong multidisciplinary team
Be supported to maintain and advance emergency-specific competencies




What We're Looking For
You Will Bring
Current AHPRA registration as a division 1 Registered Nurse
Minimum 1 year experience in the emergency setting
Strong communication, clinical reasoning and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment
Confidence using clinical information systems and technology
