You may be a recent graduate, currently completing relevant tertiary studies, or have some early experience in audit, compliance, finance, governance or business administration.We are looking for someone with potential, initiative and a genuine desire to learn.ABOUT THE ROLEWorking alongside experienced members of our Corporate Team, you will develop practical experience across internal auditing, compliance, risk and business processes.You will assist with reviewing systems and processes across MSA, identifying areas for improvement and helping ensure our schools and corporate functions operate effectively and consistently.Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with internal audits and compliance reviewsReviewing processes, records and supporting documentationHelping identify gaps,



risks and opportunities for improvementSupporting the preparation of audit findings and reportsFollowing up actions and recommendationsMaintaining accurate audit and compliance recordsWorking with different teams across the organisation to understand their processesSupporting continuous improvement initiatives across MSAABOUT YOUYou don't need to know everything yet, we want someone who is ready to learn.You will ideally have:A degree, current studies or early career experience in Accounting, Business, Finance, Commerce, Governance or a related fieldStrong attention to detail and an analytical mindsetConfidence working with data, documents and systemsGood written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisation and time-management skillsCuriosity and the confidence to ask questionsA professional and confidential approachA willingness to receive feedback and develop your skillsMost importantly, you will be ambitious, capable and eager to build your career in an organisation where you can gain broad, hands‐on experience.WHY JOIN MSA?
