We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our dynamic team and help us manage our financial operations.Position Overview:As an Accounts Receivable Associate at Diadem.inen, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial department.
You will be responsible for managing and processing all aspects of our accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and customer relations.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual with strong communication and organizational skills to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to clientsMonitor customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoicesRespond to customer inquiries and resolve any billing issuesPerform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracyFollow up with clients on overdue accounts and initiate collections proceduresPrepare and provide regular reports on accounts receivable status to managementWork closely with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or billing concernsAssist with month-end closing process and other accounting tasks as neededContinuously evaluate and improve accounts receivable processes and proceduresQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial roleStrong knowledge of accounting principles and proceduresExcellent communication and customer service skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareDetail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlinesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plusWhy Work for Us:At Diadem.inen, we value our employees and believe in their potential for growth and success.
