A leading cosmetic and skin health clinic in Teneriffe is seeking a skilled, well-presented Receptionist to join our friendly and dynamic team . We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our team on a Part time/ full time basis .

The role covers Monday to Saturday , with specific days to be agreed upon.

About the Role /n

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless clinic experience. This position involves managing daily front-of-house operations, assisting with appointments, and supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

Greeting patients and providing a professional, friendly first impression

/n
/n

Managing phone and email enquiries and scheduling appointments

/n
/n

Processing payments and maintaining accurate records

/n
/n

Providing administrative support to the clinical team

/n
/n

Ensuring the reception and waiting areas are tidy and inviting

/n

Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with valid work rights.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

Previous reception or administration experience (medical or cosmetic clinic experience an advantage, but not essential)

/n

Minimum 2 years of reception or administration experience is required

/n
/n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

/n
/n

High attention to detail and strong time management

/n
/n

Confidence using computer-based booking systems and Microsoft Office

/n
/n

A calm, qualified demeanor and a genuine passion for patient care
