We are looking for hard-working, experienced chefs & cooks looking to grow and contribute within a team environment. Shorehouse focuses on Asian grazing-style cuisine, with both a-la-carte and set menu style options.

Certificate IV or diploma, or equivalent qualification

/n
Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume kitchens

Detailed knowledge of food and produce

A positive demeanour and ability to handle stressful situations

Experience across multiple kitchen sections

/n
Candidates must be located or willing to move to North Queensland.
