This is an prospect for a Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 220+ residential properties , with strong support across inspections, leasing, administration and virtual assistance. TO BE CONSIDERED /n

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior Property Manager or Property Manager in Victoria
/n
Current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice — ESSENTIAL

Current Victorian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle — ESSENTIAL
/n
Robust knowledge and understanding of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
/n
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
/n
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a portfolio independently

Professional, reliable and well-presented

A team-focused approach with the ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit setting
