The Bookkeeper will manage the day-to-day bookkeeping across three entities—two in Australia and one in the USA with a primary focus on accounts payable, reconciliations, inter-company transactions, BAS, payroll, and monthly close.
Working directly with the founder, the role requires solid attention to detail, independence, and clear documentation to ensure the accounts remain accurate, timely, and well maintained.Manage accounts payable and receivable including supplier bills, payments, and non-Stripe transactions.Perform monthly reconciliations across Xero, bank accounts, Airwallex, and Stripe for all three entities.Manage financial compliance and month-end close including BAS, inter-company loans, and payroll.Maintain accurate financial documentation and processes including SOPs and records across Xero, Stripe Billing, Airwallex, Gusto, and ClickUp.
