The Captains Balcony is hiring a Chef to join our Sydney team.
You will oversee and direct the preparation and production of meals within a rapid-paced kitchen, contribute to new menus, supervise staff, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.Role requires evening/weekend availability with flexible rosters.
Salary is dependent on experience, from AUD 75,******,000 plus superannuation.
