You'll work across public and authenticated digital services, designing clear, accessible and user‐centred content that makes complex information easier to understand and navigate.The RoleWorking within an established content team, you'll contribute to the design, development and ongoing improvement of digital content across websites and user notifications.Your responsibilities will include:Designing, writing, editing and maintaining clear, accessible digital content that meets user needsCreating and improving web content, UX copy and notifications across digital channelsApplying content design principles, style guides, accessibility standards and established content patternsUsing user research, analytics and feedback to evaluate and improve content and user experienceCollaborating with designers, developers,



product teams and stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver content improvementsAbout YouWe're particularly interested in:Solid experience in content design, UX writing, web content or digital communicationsDemonstrated ability to write, structure and simplify complex information for digital audiencesExperience applying accessibility and content standards, including WCAG 2.1, the Australian Government Style Manual and Digital Service StandardsExperience designing content across websites, digital services and user notificationsStrong stakeholder engagement, consultation and communication skillsExperience working within multidisciplinary Agile delivery teamsAbility to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and provide content design advice to senior stakeholdersExperience with HTML, Azure DevOps, GatherContent, Google Analytics or Google Search Console would be highly regardedWhy Consider the Opportunity?
