This role has been created due to continued growth and will play a key part in maintaining protected, reliable, and uninterrupted electrical services across a highly visible, 24/7 operational setting.Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will deliver both planned and reactive electrical maintenance while contributing to the smooth running of a complex, fast-moving environment.The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, team-oriented, and confident working in dynamic environments where safety, precision, and responsiveness are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver preventative and corrective electrical maintenance across a range of assets and systemsRespond to breakdowns and urgent faults within required response timesWork within a shift-based roster supporting 24/7 operationsComplete and update work orders accurately within CMMS systemsSupport emergency response activities and ensure assets are made safeFollow strict safety, compliance, and operational procedures at all timesCollaborate with trades, FM Hub, and operational teams to coordinate worksContribute to identifying recurring issues and improving asset reliabilityEducation,



Experience & SkillsEssential:Trade qualification as a licensed ElectricianCurrent electrical licence (NSW or equivalent)Experience in maintenance within commercial, industrial, or infrastructure environmentsStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of WHS, electrical standards, and compliance requirementsExperience using CMMS systems (e.g. Maximo or similar)Ability to work shift work including nights, weekends, and on-call rotationsStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work in fast-paced, high-visibility operational environmentsDesirable:Experience in aviation, transport, or critical infrastructure environmentsExposure to highly regulated operational sitesASIC clearance (or ability to obtain)Workplace FlexibilityThis is a fully on-site, shift-based role within a 24/7 operational environment.
