We're partnering with a well-established accounting firm in Shepparton that's looking for an experienced Intermediate Accountant to join its growing team.
This is a great opportunity for an Accountant looking to take the next step in their public practice career, working closely with a diverse range of clients while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
The Opportunity
Preparing financial accounts and tax returns for a range of entities
Managing a portfolio of clients across various industries
Assisting with tax planning and advisory work
Preparing BAS and other compliance requirements
Communicating directly with clients and building strong relationships
Assisting senior accountants and partners with more complex work
Supporting and mentoring junior team members where required
About You
2+ years' experience in Australian public practice
Relevant accounting qualifications, with CA/CPA studies highly regarded
Experience preparing accounts and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships




Strong knowledge of Australian tax and compliance requirements
Experience with Xero and/or other accounting software
Strong communication and organisational skills
A genuine interest in developing your career within public practice
