Grow your career.SmartClinics Pullenvale is seeking a confident, people-focused Practice Manager to lead our established medical practice and support its continued growth.With six dedicated doctors and an experienced nursing, reception and administration team, this is an opportunity to take ownership of practice operations, develop people and make a genuine difference to the patient and team experience.About the roleAs Practice Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership and performance of the practice.You will be responsible for:Leading, coaching and developing the practice teamWorking closely with doctors and key stakeholdersManaging day-to-day operations, rostering and resourcingSupporting financial performance and business planningDriving patient experience and service deliveryManaging accreditation, compliance and qualityIdentifying and implementing process improvementsManaging complex issues and acting as the key escalation pointBuilding a positive, accountable and collaborative team cultureAbout youYou may already be an experienced Practice Manager, or you could be a Senior Medical Receptionist, Practice Coordinator or emerging leader ready to take the next step in your career.We are looking for someone who:Leads by example and brings a positive,



can-do attitudeHas strong communication and people management skillsCan confidently manage competing prioritiesIs solutions-focused and comfortable making decisionsEnjoys developing people and building strong teamsHas a genuine commitment to quality primary healthcareIs passionate about continuous improvementPractice Management experience is desirable, but not essential.
