equipment's and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.Ordering and maintain inventory of food and supplies.Communicate with the managers and supervisors regarding issues relating to preparation and service in the restaurantEnsure kitchen staff follows directives and be responsible and accountable for food service.Ensuring food preparation and quality is of the highest standard possibleKey Requirements:Applicant must have at least 1-Year of relevant employment experienceApplicant will ideally hold relevant vocational or tertiary qualificationsEnthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for foodCommitment to excellent customer serviceStrong work ethicAdhere to all Food Health and Safety RegulationsPosition Offers:Salary between $75,000 to $90,000 plus superannuationNote, only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
