Reporting directly to the Company Director, you'll provide essential HR, IR and document control support across the organisation.Your ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism, confidentiality and precision will be highly valued.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivering timely and accurate advice on HR, Fair Work and IR mattersDrafting employment contracts and managing onboarding documentationMaintaining accurate and up-to-date employment records and HR systemsManaging and maintaining organisational document control systemsEnsuring documents are accurately named, version‐controlled,



filed and securely storedMonitoring document expiry dates and coordinating timely updates and renewalsMaintaining controlled copies of HR policies, procedures, forms and templatesEnsuring staff have access to current and approved documentationLeading the Employee Rewards & Recognition programManaging offboarding processes and collating exit dataReviewing and drafting HR and WHS policies to ensure complianceSupporting probation and performance reviewsCreating and updating Position DescriptionsCoordinating inductions for new staff across locationsFacilitating EAP access and promoting staff wellbeingContributing to organisational projects and strategic initiativesWhat You'll BringAt least 4 years' experience in a generalist HR roleExperience in document control, records management or compliance administrationHR qualifications or tertiary studies (highly regarded)NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and NDIS Orientation ModuleStrong attention to detail and excellent written communication skillsStrong organisational and document management skillsThe ability to multitask, prioritise competing demands and manage your own time effectivelyA collaborative and professional attitudeA genuine desire to support employees and contribute to a positive workplaceWhy Join Origin?
