This key role supports full high-volume recruitment, from sourcing and selection to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in a fast-paced environment.Immediate start available for the right candidate, based in either our Perth or Queensland office.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct interviews, book medicals, complete reference checks, and ensure onboarding complianceMaintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet operational demandsDeliver inductions and develop a candidate care program for new startersBuild and maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders and recruitment agenciesWork closely with the Perenti HR Services and Payroll teams for smooth onboardingSupport broader People & Culture initiatives in partnership with the P&C; ManagerProvide reporting and general HR support as requiredAbout YouProven experience in high volume recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or blue-collar environmentHigh level of initiative with a proactive and can-do attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong administrative and organisational skills; ability to multitask under pressureExperience with SAP SuccessFactors (highly regarded)Working knowledge of employment legislationTertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related fields (desirable)Intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Office and reportingWhat We OfferA collaborative and supportive work environmentOpportunity to influence employee experience and cultureConvenient Canning Vale location with on-site parkingReward and recognition programsEmployee Referral Program with generous bonusesAccess to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP)DDH1 Drilling is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, welcoming applicants from all genders, cultures, and backgrounds.Apply NowReady to make your mark in a growing business?
