Kanwal Wadalba Family Practice – Wadalba NSWWe are seeking a casual receptionist for a rotating roster indluding Weekdays & Weekends.Shifts would include 8.30am - 5.30pm, *****am - 2.00pm or 12 - close (as late as 9pm) as well as Sundays 10 - close if required.12 months experience in a similar role preferredEfficient in handling incoming calls, coordinating appointments, and managing messagesExperience in reception and administrative tasks, including scanning, digital filing, and managing electronic communicationsAs this practice is extremely busy, we require someone who works well under pressureExperience with Medical Director and Pracsoft advantageous but not essentialReliable and flexibilty to change shifts, cover sick days as required
