packing and dispatchAllocate and monitor day-to-day warehouse tasksEnsure customer orders are picked accurately and dispatched on timeBook freight with approved carriers and coordinate collections and deliveriesPrepare freight documentation, labels and consignmentsTrack deliveries and follow up on freight delays or issuesReceive incoming stock and ensure it is processed accuratelyMaintain accurate inventory recordsWork closely with Customer Care, Sales, Supply Chain and other internal teamsMaintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environmentYour ProfileTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, operations or supply chainExperience coordinating day-to-day warehouse activitiesExperience with freight bookings and delivery coordinationStrong understanding of inventory and stock controlExperience with order processing, picking, packing and dispatchExperience using ERP, WMS, TMS or similar systems preferStrong organisational and multitasking skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyForklift licence where required for the locationThis is a great chance for someone who enjoys being hands-on in a busy warehouse environment and wants to take ownership of the daily flow of stock, orders, freight and deliveries.
