You will work on weekdays, with hours varying according to the needs of the practice from 8 to 12 hours per week.Key responsibilitiesOpening and closing the clinicGreeting patients and taking phone calls in a courteous and skilled mannerScheduling appointments and attending to patients requestsReceiving and conveying messages in writing, verbally and electronicallyAdhering to the protocols, norms, rules and regulations in order to maintain complete medical recordsScanning and filing documentsPreparing documents for mail outOpening, stamping and distributing incoming mailsExercising confidentiality with regards to patient care and all aspects of the PracticeMaintaining reception area in a tidy, clean and welcoming mannerInfection Control ResponsibilitiesAbide by Medical Centre Policies and Practices as varied from time to timeEnsure Infection Control standards meet professional and ethical requirementsParticipate in Surveillance Activities and Hand Hygiene AuditsQuarantine Suspected Cases/patients on arrival at the PracticeSafety,
