About the Company
Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts & Payroll Officer to take ownership of their day-to-day accounts and payroll.
Initially a six-month temporary assignment, there is an opportunity to move into a permanent role as the business reviews its finance processes and longer-term requirements.
Part-time hours, ideally spread across 3-4 days
Some flexibility to work from home once fully trained

Prospect to help and improve finance processes
Responsibilities Include
Process end-to-end fortnightly payroll for approximately ***** employees
Manage superannuation and payroll administration
Process Accounts Payable invoices and supplier payment runs
Manage Accounts Receivable, customer receipts,



statements and debtor follow-up
Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
Monitor the accounts inbox and resolve queries
Maintain accurate records in Xero and support general finance administration
Assist with reviewing and documenting finance processes
Skills & Experience
Previous experience across accounts and end-to-end payroll
Solid Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and reconciliation experience
Confidence working independently and taking ownership
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Clear communication skills and a proactive approach
Xero experience is advantageous but not essential
