We are seeking a Casual Chef to join our team who enjoys working as part of a dedicated team in a fast‐paced environment and high‐volume pub kitchen.Tasks & responsibilitiesMonitoring quality of dishes, preparation and presentationDiscussing food preparation issues with Head chef, kitchen and waiting staffBe rapid, efficient and work able to work well under pressureHave effective communication skillsNormal kitchen cleaning duties including full wash down of equipment at end of shift and weekly deep cleaning will be a requirementWork within the requirements of food safety, food handling as required by council for food premises registration and legal requirements
