As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Production / Assembly Worker to join our team at our modern manufacturing facility located in the heart of the Gold Coast.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position within our production team, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in building quality products.
Working alongside experienced team members,



you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and have the opportunity to develop a broad range of manufacturing and assembly skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble radiators, heat exchangers, manifolds, and related components
Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools
Work with sheet metal and fabricated parts
Fit and fasten components to detailed specifications
Handle and move materials safely throughout the workshop
Follow production procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
Conduct quality inspections and checks during assembly processes
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
Training & Development
Full training will be provided across a range of manufacturing and assembly processes, including:
Core and tank assembly
Mechanical fitting and component installation
Product testing and leak-testing procedures
Assembly of custom cooling and heat exchange systems
Quality control and inspection processes
Safe operation of workshop equipment and tools
Material preparation and handling techniques
About You

Previous assembly or production experience
