We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a team environment, has great communication skills and is passionate about providing an exceptional experience for our patients.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for casual work, with approximately 2–3 days per week.Job DescriptionThis is a varied position where you'll support both the clinical and front-office teams to keep the practice running smoothly.Your responsibilities will include:Assisting dentists and clinicians during dental procedures.Preparing treatment rooms and sterilising dental instruments.Welcoming patients and providing a friendly, professional experience.Managing appointments, answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries.Supporting patient bookings, recalls and general reception administration.Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.Helping maintain a clean,



organised and welcoming practice.QualificationsWe're looking for someone who:Has dental assisting and/or reception experience, ideally within a dental practice.Has excellent communication and customer service skills.Is organised, reliable and able to multitask in a busy workplace.Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.Has a positive attitude and a genuine passion for patient care.Is flexible and available to work 2–3 days per week.Additional InformationWhy join ****SMILES?
